Opening the doors of business to Joss and Jules in 2005, Jules has established one of Princeton's most reputable catering businesses to date. Her resume is filled with an array of talent in the fields of culinary arts, event design and production management. Beginning her career in the Princeton Community twenty years ago, Jules achieved her success through lateral moves within reputable businesses in the industry before settling into a full time personal chef career. Developing her knowledge and passion for food during this time inspired her to combine her new found love with the experience she already obtained in event coordination. With the support of the Princeton Community behind her, she launched Joss and Jules Boutique Catering and Event Design. The stepping stones of her career within the Princeton Community, and a divine talent for the industry itself, are the foundation of success on which Jules has built her business. In 2016, she launched her company under their new name, Jules Boutique Catering and Event Design and introduced the latest concepts that are trending through out the industry of Culinary Arts and Event Design.
